About The Driven Dog
The inspiration behind starting the dog training business, The Driven Dog, stems from my personal experience living with high-energy and intelligent Shepherds. These incredible dogs possess a unique combination of boundless energy and intelligence, making them extraordinary companions. However, I soon realised that without the right outlets for their energy and mental stimulation, these magnificent creatures could become a source of chaos and destruction within a home.

I recently got a German Shepherd puppy, she is now 5 months old. I was having trouble with her whilst walking on the leash and asked Kavita to help me. What set Kavita apart from others was the fact she had experience with Bigger dogs and was well able to handle the big breeds. I have had only Male German shepherds the last 30 yrs +, so I was / am very particular in who I leave my dogs with as the Breed isn't for everyone. Kavita called to my house to meet and introduce herself to my dogs and went on a few walks ( get to know my dogs) over a few days. Once my dogs were happy with her, it was plain sailing. She looked after the 3 of them for 2 weeks and I continue to use her services to this day.

When we started working with KJ from the driven dog, it was clear to see she genuinely cared. Our Malinois Mason has been very reactive with other dogs, including our two other dogs since we began fostering him. After months, we virtually made no progress. When we started working with KJ, she laid out a clear schedule of what we should try and it started working slowly and surely. As of recent, we are able to have our once reactive Malinois, sit right on the couch less than 6 feet away from our other dog and watch tv. As previously mentioned, it is clear KJ cares, and she provides an immense amount of needed support. 10/10 recommend
